After years of living with Celiac Disease, learning through every bump and breakthrough, and guiding others through the gluten-free maze — I've officially qualified as a **Nutrition Coach** with Precision Nutrition.
Now I’m ready to take this journey deeper… but I need your help.
To complete my final certification hours, I’m offering **a limited number of FREE spots** (yes, completely free!) to work with me over the next few weeks.
I’m looking for **5 people** who:
Are newly diagnosed with Celiac Disease or gluten-intolerant
Feel overwhelmed, confused, or frustrated with food
Want support from someone who truly understands
Are ready to build confidence and calm in their daily eating
We’ll work together on what matters to *you*:
Your food choices
Your mindset
Your kitchen habits
Your ability to speak up for your needs
This isn’t just about avoiding gluten — it’s about reclaiming ease, joy, and nourishment.
If you're interested, comment below or DM me the word **"Ready"** and I’ll send you the info to get started.
Let’s make food feel safe again.
With care,
**Diana**

Thank you Knitty kitty, no I haven't thought about that. I just assumed that because my biopsy showed no lymphocytosis, celiacs was off the table.Â
Is it possible to have no lymphocytosis and still have celiacs?
lymphocytosis is also an indication of an infection so that might be the cause of the difference. In the one you had a slight infection and the other you didnt

If your son is only 5 and his sister is diagnosed celiac disease, is it a possibility that he has been eating a majority gluten free diet with his sister.Â
If this is the case his result would be low or negative.Â
The choice would be yours as to whether to put him in onto a full gluten diet for 4 -6 weeks, handle and NOTE the changes in his diet, behavour and body symptons. Then to test again and see if there is a difference.Â
The other choice is to just continue on the gluten free diet without any medical diagnosis.Â
Remembering that should you decide to actually have the test in the future you will have to run the gluten challenge.Â
Please let us know how we can support you

A nutritionist typically focuses on general wellness, lifestyle guidance, and preventative health.
A dietician allowed to provide medical nutrition therapy.
When i was diagnosed there was zero support and few dieticians and Dr understood celiac disease. I typically guide a newly diagnosed celiac to a whole food diet to easily transition to the gluten free lifestyle
