Dr Jackson and Dr Harnsberger are both fantastic, however they are pediatricians. Dr Ann Richards on 2000 S. 900 E. in SLC knows celiac disease.

Hey, Did anyone catch this cafe review in the SL Tribune today? Has anyone eaten here? I am not into food fads (like the raw food diet that this cafe specializes in), however...it appears to be completely gluten-free and some of the recipes listed look good! My 15 yr old was gluten-free for 4 years from ages 8-12. (weak positive blood test, negative biopsy) It alleviated her symptoms at the time. I like a piece of gluten free toast spread with hummus and then topped with roasted red pepper. I also like baked potatoes or sweet potatoes for breakfast. Hi! Another Salt Lake celiac here. I just found this gluten free forum. I was active in the Salt Lake support group for a few years, but not as much recently. Hopefully I will be able to attend the Pre-Thanksgiving feast.
