  2. Most sushi is safe. You right on the Unagi, the unagi sauce that is on it has soy sauce. Also avoid any crunchy rolls as the tempura has wheat. Another roll or item ot avoid is spicy tuna.   3. OKAY great news!!! I've been tweaking my classic Chinese dishes and I was able to make a great dark sauce with NO gluten at all!! Some of you might have had/herd of our famous strange flavor chicken. This dish will be available on sat night as well as sichuan chicken/beef, beef/chicken broccoli. Just about any Chinese you have had with a dark sauce...

  5. No we are not associated with them down there. Menu is almost done for this Saturday, I changed around some of our menu items so that its glutin free, and created a few new pan-asian dishes for saturday.
  6. Most likely due to cross contamination, white sauce has no wheat products. However most chinese places use allot of MSG in white sauce, so you might have picked it up from that. If you or anyone needs help with asian cusine please feel free to ask me or shoot me a e-mail.
