I took Rozerem for a while I don't think it has any gluten, I would feel it . Rozerem helps to fall asleep and brings back the sleeping cycle ( that I lost for more than 20 years). But does not mean that I could sleep 8 hours in a row. Also I had very weird dreams. So with that med I go back and forth when I got the sleeping cycle I stop it .
