Hey, I am also vitamin A deficient. I don’t think doctors actually check people often. Anyways I have been gluten free for 6 yrs and I’m still deficient. I only recently started actually taking a vitamin for it. So we’re gonna see next test if it goes up at all. My doctor said “just take a regular multi vitamin it will go up”, it went up 2 points.
