  1. Hi Carla, Is it too nosey of me to ask why you are taking doxy? My sister was on it for about a year and had wonderful result for pain.
  2. How do you get metal toxicity diagnosed?
  3. I don't know who did the test. The local lab said they had to send the specimen somewhere else cause they couldn't do it. What did you do for your leaky gut?
  4. Sorry! I was reading something Rachel had posted earlier. Opps.
  5. My sister said that there are a lot of false negatives in lyme testing. I tested negative and they have now labeled me with leaky gut. They did not do any testing but said the massive loss of weight and loose bowels is how they got this diagnosis. They put me on Nystatin, digestive enzymes and probiotics. I weigh only 94lbs now so I hope it works.
  6. My doctor says I have leaky gut, celiac disease and Candida and has put me on Nystatin, digestive enzymes and probiotics. I am down to 94lbs and can't eat corn, rice, soy, beans, dairy and wheat. I continue to loose weight. Any food suggestion are greatly appreciated.
  7. Does anyone know of a good GI doctor in Maryland? I am in desperate need of help. Down to 94lbs and my doctors - four of them don't know what to do.
  8. After being on a gluten free diet for 6 months, I gradually developed Celiac type symptoms again over about the 7th month and then suddenly became very ill. The new food was quinoa some new vegetables and fruits. I am now down to 94 lbs. and need weight. I have had problems with corn, rice, soy, beans, dairy and of course wheat. Anyone have the same symptoms...
  9. My doctor said to take lomotil. Which is safe? I read somewhere that lomotil has gluten. Does anyone have any info? Thanks!
  10. It won't play for me either. Maybe if we go directly to YOU Tub we can view it there.
  11. Yes I would rather have Celiac Disease! I can't believe I'm saying that!
  12. Courtney, I guess there is a possibility that I was glutened before the test. The only food I had been eating at that time was home cooked oganic no spices or sauces. Pretty much bland chicken, beef, and salmon and only beets and beet greens and butternut squash, blueberries, and pears - all cooked. I had been trying new vitamins about that time, so...
  13. Thanks Courtney and Lisa. I'll check out other possiblilities. I didn't have a biopsy because they said I had been gluten free and it may not show anything. My gp doctor didn't think it would be of any value. I certainly am not ready to start eating gluten to get biopsy results! I do have problems with other foods - dairy, eggs, soy, corn, sugar, rice...
  14. Now I am confused. My IgG should have been positive and IgA negative. Maybe I do not have Celiac Disease. But when I eat gluten I have terrible symptoms - headache, stomach pain, diarrhea, joint pain, etc.
