  2. @trents thank you for that information. My parents feel that cooking flour in toaster isn't a thing as its already cooked product before made? but Airbourne particles is my fear. Like I have had symptoms from 6 meters away had to leave massive migraine.
  3. ok thanks for your advice. But my question was what happens when someone you know in a house is cooking pasta or toast that's flour Airbourne without eating.?

      An "ache" is a symptom.

Did you mean to post this in a blog instead of in a forum. Your post will get more attention in a forum.

  6. Hi i was wondering how do you guys go about your family being normal and you the only person that is celiac? like Airbourne when they cook but your gluten free?
  7. Are you all aware you can't go near anyone cooking a loaf of toast  as airborne is suffocating because of the allergic reaction meaning no oxygen so stay away also ask for epi pen . When Eating gluten it is different it's bloating inflammation of villi effect  due to reflect factory cancer or skin condition but exposed to airborne flour whilst  cooking it is a big no no.please carry inhaler 2 puffs to open airways also 2 fexofenadine for the coliac people .I have experienced this since 2021my  first blood test diagnosis then endoscopy was  ignored until lucky of almost suffocating in Coles with so much gasses in my stomach felt  nauseating with almost a seizure of aura then panic attack .

Panick attack fight or flight is horrible for anyone but  exposure of more then a loaf  would of been sudden death . Stay away from wheat flour gluten wheat gluten free otherwise. Natasha's law for who your with or your own death if you walk in . Ignore opinions of people that don't understand they're not going to suffocate you will so carry epi pen if diagnosed 10 mg o...

make sure you have no inflammation so just walking into Coles this doesn't happen. with coeliac disease  a loaf of bread or 20 mg is enough for sudden death .

don't walk in Coles stay away.

  10. hi, I was wondering has anyone gone to Coles on occasions where you've been there for 25 minutes then has had a panic attack but doesn't happen every time only certain days of too much Airbourne flour actual cooking not stored. a full-blown panic attack almost hyperventilating and then gasping for air but the  inhaler saved my life but hasn't been diagnosed for a epi pen but this was high inflammation that was so scary that I'm never shopping again because celiac disease is like an Astro naught that goes into space and about 90-120 seconds after you remove the helmet, you would die from asphyxiation. If a full loaf of bread is cooking  and your in the room and its Airbourne if you inhale. stay away from it! A in haler will save your airways but stay away from it.  Has anyone else experience this?

  11. glutened peoples experience ?via flour airbourne.
  12. I'd gets a blood test, also an endoscopy mate also colonoscopy also to determine if its inflammation via junk food or sugar also food allergy to wheat gluten and flour is hard to breathe through so don't work in industry with flour. also 6 weeks to eat gluten hurts but it will save your life if you want a payment plan id eat it for 6 weeks then test then...
  13. So I have been diagnosed four years ago with celiac disease but I had endoscopy four years later and had fexofenadine also before skin test come back negative . Also negative for inflammation and celiac in stomach but I was on gluten free diet only so now I am having gluten for 6 weeks for this endoscopy but only feeling bloated stuffy and just headache but...
  14. ok true really . sorry to hear about that ! i was in my late 20s when i had black outs for no reason and just full on panic attacks would always black out and be like what the heck but like just body in shock but now I take fexofenadine and 2 puffs inhaler because it helps the panic attack and open airways and fexo relives symptoms its so good knowing this...
