Hi there, I am a mother of a daughter who was diagnosed at the age of 9 with Celiac disease. She is now 20. What we did in our house is seperate the things I needed to cook with for her. Hi there. I remember the day they told me and my daughter that she had Celiac and the emotions that came with it. Sara was afraid that she would be made fun of and that she was weird.
