  1. Why aren't we supposed to have malt of any kind? All cereals have it in there (or something else we aren't supposed to have) I used to eat Rice Krispies and Corn Flakes all the time, and recently found out I wansn't supposed to have malt. It has never bothered me, should I still not eat it?
  2. Ok, I am new to this site, but I am looking into opening a gluten free store here in Austin, and need some ideas. I was diagnosed with Celiacs Disease 2 years ago, and it has been really hard for me, and I seem to accidently eat things with Gluten in it all the time that I didn't know had gluten in it, so I'm looking to try and change that for not only me...
