  1. Why aren't we supposed to have malt of any kind? All cereals have it in there (or something else we aren't supposed to have) I used to eat Rice Krispies and Corn Flakes all the time, and recently found out I wansn't supposed to have malt. It has never bothered me, should I still not eat it?
  2. Ok, I am new to this site, but I am looking into opening a gluten free store here in Austin, and need some ideas. I was diagnosed with Celiacs Disease 2 years ago, and it has been really hard for me, and I seem to accidently eat things with Gluten in it all the time that I didn't know had gluten in it, so I'm looking to try and change that for not only me, but other people too! I know the foods I like, but I want to know the foods you like. Names, #'s and e-mail if it is on your product. I am trying to do some research on how much this will cost, and how to deal with the companies and ordering in bulk. We have some Whole Foods stores here, but I really think it would be great if we could have a fully Gluten Free store. Don't have to go to the grocery store at all! Let me know what you think, and if you have any products you really like let me know, and I will call them and try their product as well.
