I too believe they are to take the vaccination first, as its very unsafe otherwise. There is a higher risk of transmitting the outbreak and risking many lives. -

I agree, Therefore it is important to check it out in advance, and carry a back-up gluten-free power bars, vacuum packed tuna or salmon etc.
