  1. Hi there, I am wondering if someone can help me alter my recipe for scalloped potatoes. The recipe requires dredging the potato slices in about 2 tablespoons of flour before adding the hot milk mixture. Then the recipe bakes for 1 and 1/2 hours. Would cornstarch be okay or should I be concerned that it will not work well due to the long baking time...
