    Sunflower, Yes, i was on Sporanox for 4 months and still taking this for the yeast, I basically followed diets that was in the books and didnt eat any sugar products at all, no soda, basically just greens and meats. And i also took alot of supplements but i dont know if they helped or not.

    I had to go to 2 different docs this week cause the first one didnt even take a biopsy of the sores on my back and i didnt feel like he knew enough about DH, the 2nd doc did the bopsy of my back and i am waiting on the results, he is also drawing blood checking my thyroid and other things, i just want to get dapsone or some med that will actually help this...

    Im going to the derm doc Monday cause i have DH and have had this since i was diganosed with Celiac last March and no one has been able to help me, I have sores in Mouth and get them on my back also, what can i expect when i go there and what do i need to tell him? thanks

    Sunflower, I have also been on this gluten-free and candida diet for 8 months and finally gotten over the yeast problems, i couldnt get better until i took all sugar products out of my diet and now that i am better its hard for me to try sugar again, The diet is really hard to stick to( the candida diet) but if you dont stick to it , the yeast will never...

    Thanks for all the help, my mom wont take no for a answer and every year i am pressured to spend thanksgiving with people who never conntact me only the holidays, this year i think im gonna just spend a couple of hours with them and then come home. I think on Thanksgiving we should be able to spend it with whoever we want to instead of the yearly pressure...

    I have been diganosed with Celiac since last march but also have yeast problems and had to be on the yeast and Celiac diet at the same time, the yeast is gone now and i can go back to the Celiac diet, how do i find foods that i can eat? I am lost and dont know where to start?

    Lisa, Hey went to gastro today, i told him that i seemed to have yeast in my mouth and he told me that i could not have yeast in my mouth cause im on diflucan which the ent prescribed me, he told me last time that it is not possible to have yeast in your intestines inside, heck he dont even believe its possible to have yeast period!     Lisa and paul, Im so glad that i have you guys to talk to about yeast cause alot of people and doctors dont believe in this concept, do either of you know anything about coconut oil and if this could help someone out with yeast?

    that is a real good list but i always thought you was supposed to stay away from all fruit when on this diet cause of the sugar in it? I was on the diet till 2 days ago when i had to take antibiotics again for severe sinus problems and i dont know if they are from yeast or not yet, they want to do a operation!

    Yes lisa i am off all sugars and almost everything else to lol but i am seeing some of my problems like diarrhea disaapear after getting rid of sugar in my diet, when i got rid of gluetin i still had the diarrhea and didnt go away till i got rid of the sugar!

    I will ask my new gastro about bacterial overgrowth when i go back there in 2 weeks, i allready gave him copies of my biopsy of my small intestine and colon. If i would have bacterial overgrowth of my intestine how would they be able to find this out does anyone know?

    The old gastro i went to never did run blood test for celiac all they did was the biopsy of the small intestine and colon, i know that dont make sense! I dont know why this new gastro would run this test when i have been on the gluentin free diet for 1 month! makes me mad!
