I would greatly appreciate some advice. I have a diagnosis, verified, of POTS and acid reflux, gastroparesis (food doesn't move through my stomach) and CFS. My hair is thinning and I have chronic constipation. I have severe osteopenia. I have severe cognitive disorders and anxiety and depression, no job, and no insurance. Does this sound like I should...
