I used to be able to eat those items, and now I get sick. I wonder if the lettuce they use is treated with something that has gluten in it. I don't think these companies really check out everything, they may look for the "wheat" but not the Preservative that could have gluten in it. As my husband tells everyone, my stomach does not lie.

9 years ago I went through the same thing. Now I am gluten free all the time. My worst moment was when I could not make it home and my husband had to pull over on the highway for me!!!!!!
