    me too. I'm newly diagnosed too. I have tons of stoneware that I baked in with real wheat. Do I really have to worry about the cross-contamination of them? I mean, we're talkign hundreds of dollars down the toilet if I have to get rid of it. I'm soooooooo depressed! I dont seem to have serious ailments like some describe...just some nausia. I havent even...
  2. Malto-meal corn pops have no ingredients in them that I can see that would contain gluten...however, I didnt have a good reaction to them, so proceed with caution. I figured perhaps cross-contamination? Of course, I've only been doing this for a few weeks and I have my good days and not so good days, and it could have been anything.
  3. I'm guessing it is gluten...monosodium GLUTimate...I'm guessing, though by the GLUTE in the word glutimate...anyone else know?
  4. I hope you find an answer and post it here...we love adobo. The problem is, it regularly has MSG in it! We also used to make our beans and rice with Sazon Goya con culantro y achote...but now, my husband just uses the individual seasonings because the Goya ALSO has MSG...so maybe making your own Adobo isnt such a bad idea.
  5. Bette also has a bean flour mix that works as well as the featherlight. I dont have my cookbook right now to give the ratios. But, you can buy the featherlight mix and the four flour (bean) mix from authentic foods (www.authenticfoods.com) if you dont feel like mixing it yourself. I know the gluten free mall (www.glutenfreemall.com) also sells these mixes...
