Does anyone have a recipe or experience making a gluten-free Refridgerator Cake (the one with Jello in it). I'm looking for a great Birthday cake for my newly diagnosed 4 1/2 year old daughter. I thought it might be moist and nice as a change from the often dry gluten-free stuff. Thanks...... New Celiac Mom in RI
