Thanks for the info, I just added that site to my bookmarks, but does it have flours like rice, potato, and starches like tapioca and such? The only gluten-free flours I could find there was buckwheat, maybe I'm llooking in the wrong place? Thanks! Miso!

I went to a Dr. Wrobleski who caught it right on, did the serology, the prometheus (pending) and scheduled me a biopsy. He's on the ball and a wonderful doctor - highly reccommended! Miso
