Winslow Health Foods on Glenstone Ave. has a cafe that is open 11-3pm M-F for lunch. They serve all kinds of things and can adapt 90% of menu items to be gluten free. I have eaten there twice now. Both times I ordered the Chicken Salad Quesidilla on gluten-free torts. Wonderful! If you go just let them know that you need to eat gluten-free and they will... -

I haven't seen a post for these but I love Thai Kitchen noodle bowls. I take them to work for lunch. They are fast and taste really good. I also love Old Mission tostadas, white or yellow corn torts, and corn chips. They all have a BIG red label that says Gluten Free. Plus, they sell them at Wal-Mart! Just my two cents. Hope it helps. Yes BF I do live there. I just started the gluten free life style so I don't have any real recommendations. Although there is a Chili's and an Outback in town that have gluten free menus. There are two Buffalo Wild Wings in Springfield. One on Battlefield and the other on North Kansas Exp. almost to I-44. Oh, and there is a new Chick Fila and Red... -
CC issues at any Sonic is a REALLY big issue. (I've been inside several.) I'd stick with the drinks and stay away from the food. Sorry to disappoint

I ate last night at the Buffalo Wild Wings on north Kansas Exp. in Springfield, MO. I am new to the world of no gluten but had read up on them and what I could have.
