All fast food has Pattie’s you can buy (no bun) with cheese or plain. If you’re diabetic carbs are probably the worst thing for you except fruit (fruit is also fast and easy) look into dr Ken Berry he’s on YouTube. hope you feel better soon! -
This!! I’m fully grain free and it’s rare I can eat out unless there is plain meat on the menu like steak or veggies without sauce. There’s been many times I’ve gone to events or dinners just to have water with lemon and enjoy the company. It’s hard but we got this.

Ok so she needs to go fully grain free. as many people stated above keeping it simple is best food wise while she heals. Meat, bone broth, veggies and fruit. im sorry you’re dealing with this.
