Hi Paula, I believe it was the Igg or the IGA. Honestly, I've had so many things thrown at me I don't know which end is up. He is running tests for milk, whey, wheat, fruits. and a lot more that I just don't know of. IGE too which I believe is for milk. Thanks for writing. -

Hi Bohomama, I'm in a similar situation. My son is 17 months and was diagnosed via bloodtest that he could possibly have Celiac Disease. My husband and I were both quite upset and didn't feel it could be as he's shown no symptoms that I thought would relate to Celiac. He is Failure to Thrive (19 lbs. at 17 months) and doesn't eat much at all. He had a biopsy... -

Hello, I am in the same situation as you. My son is 16 months old and has just been diagnosed w/Celiac. When the Dr. mentioned she wanted to test for it I couldn't even beileve it because he's never had any symptoms that would appear to be Celiac. Our 16 month old son just had his biopsy today to see if he has Celiac. Dr. said he still isn't 100% sure until the results come back but that he did see bumps in the small intestine. He is suspicious that it is it. 1 of the 3 tests came back positive for it. The actual celiac test came back negative. We have no idea what to think! His only symptom is that...

DS was diagnosed the other day w/Celiac and I went to my local store and was so overwhelmed with the expensive prices for gluen free foods and the different brands. Is there a website that would be cheaper than Whole Foods? What are your favorite brands? TIA!!
