My roommates just opened a gluten-free bakery in Corvallis (last week, in fact!). It's called Living Earth Bakery on 4th and Jefferson in the old Cork's Donuts (old Dairy Queen) building. Right now they are doing cookies, brownies, bread, cinnamon rolls, muffins, cupcakes, and other yummies. Their brownies are the best I have ever tasted (even in comparison...
