Hello i just had on of my gluten free pies land on my desk. I assume its safe to eat as i washed it before hand and do not consume gluten at my desk.

What if the towel touches a toaster should i be worried then.

Hello i just had an instance where a towel i would use got caught in the cupboard door. Is it even possible for anything to be transferred from the door to the towel and then onto my plate/cutlery. Thanks.

Its fine i just got some grain free ones now and replaced them.

Hello thanks for responding. For the ingredients it just says this Cereals, Meat and Animal Derivatives, Fish and Fish Derivatives (4% Trout), Oils and Fats, Yeasts, Minerals, Seeds, Derivatives of Vegetable Origin (0.1% Chicory Extract), Fruit (0.05% Cranberry). It says Cereals does that mean it has barley.

Hello i accidentally got the wrong pet food which says "wheat free" instead of "gluten/grain free" should i be worried abbout this it says it contains cereals. I also do not touch my pets or feed them or kiss them but this stuff will still be around the house so should i be worried.

The top of the microwave is pretty clean but a few crusty things stuck up there.

Also i notice that nothing ever seems to have dripped onto the plate cover when i take it out so can i assume that the top of my microwave is safe.

Hello i just had an instance where the plate cover in the microwave slid about while cooking and when i opened the microwave some of the food was exposed and therefore was not protected. Should i be worried about this. Thanks.

Hello silly question i just bought a couple of towells is it over the top to wash them before i use them could they even have gluten on them when they get mixed in with things in a shopping bag.

Also i keep having instances happen where my food lands on my desk and i feel like that food is not contaminated even though i know there should be no gluten at my desk and i throw away the food.

Hello i used to be so over the top when it came to making sure my food is completely gluten free. But lately im getting fed up as i get so hungry spending so much time cleaning and washing everything that i skip some steps then regret it afterwards wishing i did more. Is this normal i feel like im getting too relaxed on this diet.

Hello i used to wear covid masks when going shopping in food stores. I have stopped doing this and often freak out when walking past the bakery section. Is it even possible to breathe anything in or even cause a reaction. Thanks.

Hello we often chuck things around the kitchen side such as bread should i be worried about this stuff going on towells etc. They are in a packaging still. I know it sounds crazy but cant help but think crumbs are falling out these packages somehow and freaking me out.

Hello was just wondering if other people are making sandwiches is it even possible for the crumbs to land on any towells that i would then use to wash my stuff with? do i need to replace these towells or om i overthinking this.

Hello i was just walking to my room when someone was hoovering i just covered my mouth with my arm. Will this prevent me from breathing in anything gluten related? Or do i need to hold my breath or stay out the room for a while. Also wondering about if i walk past someone dust panning the floor do i need to apply the same method or am i being over the top...

Hello i just walked into the staff room at work and there are loads of gluteny foods on the table donuts sandwiches etc. Am i at risk eating in the staff room when this happens i do what i normally do sat away from it brushed down my area washed hands. I get so worried that sometimes i choose not to eat. Also what if someone walks past me stuffing their face...

Hello i just finished a shift at work and the people there at the end of the shift were sweeping and painting the store. Is it even possible to get glutened by breathing in pain fumes or dust from the floor.

Hello. Also another stupid question if i were to wash plates do i need to worry if other people touch the towels i clean them with? can gluten even transfer that way? do i need my own dedicated towels or is that over the top.

I have a silly question i put a plate on the oven and the plate cover fell off the plate onto the top of the oven is it even possible for a plastic plate cover to put up gluten from the oven as i put the cover back over my plate and it may have touched my food.
