I have been on several cruises with wonderful results. On one cruise, the kitchen even made me a "gluten free" birthday cake. Just make sure you talk to the head chief and they will take care of you. Have a blast.

I have maintained a gluten free diet for 13 years and dh has been managed quite effectively. Recently, I have had a tremendous outbreak on my arms. ( ANd it is dh....nothing else feels the same) I am treated by a very good dematologist, however, I think I am more knowledgable than he is since I have more experience. dh I am brand new to this....never done a blog before. I am 61 years young and was dxs with dh ten years ago. I maintained on a glutin free diet with rare breakthru until last January. I am now using only certified glutin free products and on dapasone and STILL expeeriencing blisters. Have anyone heard of this complication before? Thanks Much
