Amybeth, What great ideas! Thank you so much. I have read about the toaster and pans and such. I told Daniel we're going to buy a toaster tonight that is specifically for gluten-free foods, and he thought it was a little absurd. He understands the concept, but I don't think he completely understands how important it is to get ALL of the gluten out... -

Nantzie, Thank you so much for all of your help! That is all so good to know. Daniel just loves snack foods, so he'll be really happy to know he can still have a lot of his favorites.
