Ok something that is on my happy help list acupuncture it sound painful but it has not been for me. I have been doing it for more than a year. It is better than what my MD was doing for the sickness that would come up for days. I have seizures from my celiacs it took the nuts 30 years to find it! Oh well that is the past on with the rest of my life at least...

Yes you would think that it should be better by now! I think they and the they being the rest of the world just don't get what it is like to have a body that don't want something as nice and simple as dheese on a slice of bread.
