I know Big Sexy Hair Shampoo has wheat in it. That what I was using but, now I'm using Dove. Not sure about there other products tho -

Also my husband and I are coming up on our 1yr anniversary and I would love to go out to eat but do not know where we can go. We are kinda plaining on going to Door County but, I feel like we have to get a room with a kitchen just so I can eat and they are Not cheap. Is this what I am going to have to do? How can I enjoy my Anniverary with out worry?

This is my daily foods.....Breakfast is dry cocoa or berry pebbles sometime with lactaid free milk......Lunch is fresh sugar snap peas with lots of salt,( B/C my very low BP) 2 pieces of gluten-free bread w/ honey and butter.......Dinner is most of the time Chicken, frozen corn, and sometime gluten-free noddles. Hi! been on here a few times just went to the doctor about my bruising now I know that comes with the celiac but, all u have to do is bump me. Sorry for the double post puter being weird. Good to know about exercise being ok before I had my daughter I was doing the Winsor pilates and I really enjoyed that and did gain some muscle until I had the stomach trouble so maybe I'll try that again and the Y membership. Yesterday I took my daughter to do a meet and great with a new pediatrician. I was feeling quite lightheaded and thought I was just getting warm but, when I stood up to leave I blacked out and end up laying on the table for almost a hr.
