  2. Hi there, your situation is such a tough one and I feel for you because I was in a similar place pre-diagnosis. I had an ED for some years and avoided gluten to begin with- therefore I hadn’t eaten much gluten for some years. when I had an endoscopy I remember the doctor hesitating while telling me ‘it doesn’t look like celiac disease…so it’s probably just IBS....
