Has anyone become unable to eat dairy - cheese after being diagnosed with Ciliacs? I have severe cramping in my middle about an inch above my belly button to the right side, sometimes wraps around the back. Usually it happens at night I know I can’t eat nuts but lately I’ve been having some cheese and I think that that is what’s causing it.. ...
