Went to the Bonefish Grill in the Seattle area over the weekend for my anniversary and pleased to find they had a gluten free menu. Even more excited when our waitress told us they had just switched their brownie recipe over to gluten-free. I wasn't going to have dessert but when she told me about it I had to try it. My husband (not gluten-free) and I shared it. It was HUGE and amazing. They served it with whipped cream, vanilla ice cream and a raspberry sauce. My husband who is a self proclaimed brownie expert loved it too and said he never would have known it was gluten-free. I asked the waitress if all the locations were switching over and she said she thought she had heard they were.
