  1. I was glutened at PF Chang's by the special sauce they make at the table. I had them use the gluten-free soy sauce but realized later the chinese hot mustard they use it NOT gluten-free and they do not have a substitute. The next time I went I ordered off the gluten-free menu and had them omit the hot mustard from the sauce and all was well.
  2. Went to the Bonefish Grill in the Seattle area over the weekend for my anniversary and pleased to find they had a gluten free menu. Even more excited when our waitress told us they had just switched their brownie recipe over to gluten-free. I wasn't going to have dessert but when she told me about it I had to try it. My husband (not gluten-free) and I shared it. It was HUGE and amazing. They served it with whipped cream, vanilla ice cream and a raspberry sauce. My husband who is a self proclaimed brownie expert loved it too and said he never would have known it was gluten-free. I asked the waitress if all the locations were switching over and she said she thought she had heard they were.
  3. Went to the Bahama Breeze in the Seattle area a month or two ago. Waitstaff didn't know about Celiac but chef did. They were very accomodating and made suggestions from their menu that would be safe for me. Not a lot of choices so I ended with a salad anyway.
