So 3 years ago my girlfriend (now my wife) recognized my health issues as a gluten intolerance/ celiac situation. Since then I have cut wheat and all things gluten out of my diet 100%. My health increased dramatically, and quite frankly I don't think I would be alive today if I hadent made that change. I was waking up with bile in my lungs 6/7 nights a week...
