Ten years ago my daughter was diagnosed with celiac disease along with several food intolerances and sensitivities but we weren't about to let this stop our family from eating all our favorite foods. My goal was to create foods without allergens that tasted no differently than all the foods they used to eat.
I love discovering new and healthy ways to live an allergen free life. And I'm determined to make allergen free foods that taste incredibly delicious.

I wanted to add, too, that I go to Ruby Tuesday often. I always get the New Orleans Seafood (blackened talapia) as does another poster to this discussion, although I order mine without the sauce. I also get it with the steamed broccoi and rice and just ask that they exclude the garlic toast. I also get mine without dairy, so I order the broccoli plain...
