Hi, Yes, my daughter will Sometimes show such instant reactions- hiccuping, acid reflux. But other times it’s slow and builds up over days if the contaminants is use daily. Over three days or so it’ll be joint pain, nausea, intestinal spasm, etc. For her, glutening symptoms and their intensity vary.

I just wanted to share that my daughter reacts to quinoa and corn, certified gluten-free. Who is to say if her threshold for handling contamination is lower than 10ppm or it's cross reaction. I never bothered with oats for the same reason.

Hi, Were you able to get a response from them? I have written to Nuts.com asking info. om how to they test, etc. I am awaiting a reply. And, my daughter is allergic to tree nuts, so we only buy their straightforward organic dried fruits sans any preservative/additives.

I second Nuts.com. Theirs seems to be good. My daughter can have their certified items without any problem. I don't even know how to process this!!

I have written to them about sharing details of the lab that does testing for them. That way I can at least know the contamination threshold the lab tests for. For I had written to GFCO in regards to another brand that GFCO told me they do not have the info on the testing threshold for contamination on individual brands.
