    Just an update on how I am doing: I haven't been feeling nauseous for almost a 2 days now! It IS gluten that I can't eat, so I assumed I was dealing with cross contamination so I haven't been eating what my parents fed me, instead I have been eating stuff like tuna packs with carrots and dip, along with frozen fruits, but this isn't my only diet just...

    Thanks for the advice @Liquid lunch!!! I will look into the essential oils but right now I'm hopefully on the path to recovery with my acne. I was prescribed Doxycycline on March 12th, which I was gone all day because we live 1hr and 30 mins from my Dermatologist, he said Doxycycline had little to no side effects and was a step down from Minocycline...

    For sure, but I don't think I'm ready to start eating gluten again. I ate lasagna and peas last night and my stomach hurt really bad afterwards. I might wait until July or August to start to eat gluten.

    I knew what you meant anyways. I will try to add yogurt into my current diet. And then when it's closer to my Gastroenterology appointment, I'll put myself back on gluten, following Knitty kitty's article. Edit: We have only chicken noodle soups with the broth, we don't have it separate.

    @CatherineWang I eat yogurt sometimes but I can only eat what my family eats. I might have to sneak a bowl. 🤣 As I said, I'm on a strict diet/schedule for when it comes to food.

    Same goes with me 🤣 I have no idea what is wrong with me and I wish my body could tell me what's the matter in our language. Eating gluten shouldn't change a thing with how I feel since I constantly feel nauseated and I have Dramamine to calm my symptoms if I REALLY need for the symptoms to stop.
