They have three of the restaurants with gluten-free bread stored in their freezer, and you can come in ask for a sandwich or burger or whatever on gluten-free bread. I don't know if Swedish Bitters contain wheat, but I just emailed the people at Angostura Bitters and they confirmed that it contains no gluten and the alcohol used is from fermented molasses, so that is safe to use. I'm happy about that, because I was urged to take Angostura Bitters (a teaspoon or so) for upset stomach and other digestive problems, and...
