I hear what you are saying, but I do not totally agree with it. Sure, costs could go up, but honestly, there are way more people in your boat than you think. It is people like JD that are PAVING THE WAY for celiacs. You think it's unfair for people to pay for you. Ok, but it is also unfair that a person with celiac disease has almost zero options for eating out. They have just as much right to eat out as a non Celiac person does. Just because it's always been this way does NOT mean it should stay this way. In the words of Maya Angelou, "Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better." These are the wisest most honest words I have heard and this world would be a way better place if people lived by them.
