    I live across the river in Wallkill. I am new at this Celiac/gluten-free life too. Just diagnosed 6 weeks ago. There is a Celiac support group the third Tuesday of the month at Vassar Brothers Medical Center. I have been to Soul Dog. It was great not to have to worry about how to ask for the food. I find myself always apologizing when I am out ordering...
