hi, i tried the amstel light beer on friday night, no problem till sunday night. then i had a reaction. is this normal ? i always had a reaction within the hour if i ate something i should not have, but 2 days later, i'm not sure if it was the beer or if i had some gluten hidden in something else, any ideas? thanks betty

i have eaten at the outback in southington, ct. they have the gluten free menu and you can also get in on line. most of the staff there had not even heard of it, but the waitress i had was soooo nice. i e-mailed outback and said how great it was (the brownie was fantastic) and received a $20 gift certificate from the company. betty

does anyone know if millett flour is safe to eat? thanks
