My brother was diagnosed with Celiacs Disease and has been following the diet for several years. He continues to have chronic diarrhea. He lives in upstate New York and doesn't have medical insurance. Does anyone have any suggestions of where he might be able to go to receive good medical attention? He can't afford to lose any more weight. I'm concerned...
