Thank you to all of you. My 18 year old athlete son was recently diagnosed with celiac and the sports training and diet information that you folks have shared on this message board is not only helpful but also inspirational. I will order the Paleo Diet for Athletes today. In time I hope that we can contribute some ideas back. Larry
