  4. This is a very interesting post!!! Acid reflux stomach cramping and lots of gurgling (my boyfriend calls it the glutee monster ) D (or as we call it "symptoms") fatigue very very cranky, emotional,grumpy.... call it what you may...not pleasant. My hands and feet also get so freezing cold they hurt. but I'm not sure that it related...
  5. Don't worry! It will get easier I Promise! when I was diagnosed (Oct.06) I was completely overwhelmed. In fact I sat at my kitchen table every night for the first 2 weeks and cried. I had about 10 gluten free books and felt so confused. It hasn't been a full year yet and I am starting to get the hang of it. Definitely get the gluten free for dummies book...
  6. I used to have a similar problem with stomach pains when I didn't eat. At the time though I had some stomach ulcers which was causing my stomach pains and acid reflux to be worse! Prob. not the case for u but thought I'd mention it!!
