Zolo in Boulder has an excellent gluten-free menu and the staff is very well informed. Pei Wei (a chain owned by PF Changs) in Boulder has a gluten-free menu Brother's BBQ has many locations and has gluten-free options. Their fries have a dedicated gluten-free fryer and all the BBQ sauces but one is gluten-free Bloom at Flatiron Crossing no longer... -
