  1. Kylie: go to this web address: <Open Original Shared Link and look up any menu item, it will give every ingredient and the allergens it contains in bold print. I can't drink their iced coffee because of the sulfites! Hope this is helpful.McDonalds ingredient and allery info
  2. My husband and daughters were diagnosed with Celiac a couple months ago. He travels, so finding out what he could eat was a top priority. I have composed a 2 page list of gluten free foods at many common restaurants, which I update regularly. I would be happy to send it to anyone who is interested as an email attachment. Just email me at MOCAJanelle@yahoo...
  3. Yes, test your children, tell your parents, your siblings, any close relative! Since it is genetic it could be anywhere. My husband was tested when we found it in our girls, and he has it. 57 years old and his only sympoms were so mild he always excused them as something else. And he is 7" shorter than his brother and 2" shorter than his sister!
  4. I wish I could help you, I came looking for answers myself. My 18yr old was diagnosed with celiac 2mos ago, not they are saying her red blood count is "dangerously low" and have scheduled us with a hematologist. I am freaking out!
