This was one I tried w/o issues using gluten-free flour. It gets confusing the 121 cup for cup. Especially the price of it. That's an idea. I have found good chocolate chip recipes that mimic tates cookies or other chocolate chip cookies with gluten-free for without an issue. I have seen recipes from chef Alina looping whisk etc that have gluten-free flour but they are trial and error. I guess I will have to mix and match. I made my own flour using flax meal corn flour potato... -
I have seen numerous gluten-free flours in stores then 1to1 cup substitute and numerous gluten-free recipes from gluten-free cooking websites that have great recipes but even making my own blend it seems like its not easy to get a fool proof flour substitute for cookies, cakes. 1st trip completed LBI in New Jersey. Found gluten-free restaurants and took gluten-free snacks like Snyder pretzels, Tates cookies, Veggie Stix, made my own gluten-free granola and took Silk almond yogurt. Dinner Steak at a gluten-free place, Salad at another place and Burgers from a dedicated gluten-free restaurant. So far so good. I am researching in Aruba...

I know I haven't been tested for Celiac yet. But If I took a blood test would they be able to say what I am deficient in as far as vitamins and minerals so I can see what supplements to take or is it not that easy to figure out what is needed to balance out vitamins/minerals.

Try a multivitamin maybe it will cover what you are deficient in.

Is blending same as cold press? Is there any juice recipe you tried that you feel helped like the ginger turmeric? Is there a brand turmeric powder you used etc? I used Aloe vera years ago but the taste is hard to get down. What are your go to juices you made?

There's a company called thistle subscription based food completely gluten free plant based. They offer juices, juice shots. I was wondering has anyone made their own juices shots for anti inflammatory gut healthy juices etc?

If you prepare gluten free and eat gluten free but feel stomach pains hours later what makes it gluten contamination vs. something else you may have ate etc? anything to differentiate in symptoms? Thanks

I also read this which some recommended as well: NASPGHAN recommends eating roughly 2 servings of gluten, equivalent to 2 slices of wheat-based bread, daily for 6-8 weeks prior to testing. -
My dr. stated to eat gluten for 4 weeks before bloodtest. I feel so much better w/o gluten and was going to wait until after the summer vacation but hesitating since reading the antibodies might go away etc. and if I can get it over with before hand especially before daughters graduation next month and before summer might be nice. Any tips besides eating...
