Found gluten-free restaurants and took gluten-free snacks like Snyder pretzels, Tates cookies, Veggie Stix, made my own gluten-free granola and took Silk almond yogurt.   3. I have been on this gluten-free journey a few months now and I work in a deli so I'm around gluten all day. I noticed sometimes once a day my eyes tear as if I am peeling onions.   4. I know I haven't been tested for Celiac yet. But If I took a blood test would they be able to say what I am deficient in as far as vitamins and minerals so I can see what supplements to take or is it not that easy to figure out what is needed to balance out vitamins/minerals.
  5. Try a multivitamin maybe it will cover what you are deficient in.
  6. Is blending same as cold press? Is there any juice recipe you tried that you feel helped like the ginger turmeric? Is there a brand turmeric powder you used etc? I used Aloe vera years ago but the taste is hard to get down. What are your go to juices you made?

  9. If you prepare gluten free and eat gluten free but feel stomach pains hours later what makes it gluten contamination vs. something else you may have ate etc? anything to differentiate in symptoms? Thanks
  10. I also read this which some recommended as well: NASPGHAN recommends eating roughly 2 servings of gluten, equivalent to 2 slices of wheat-based bread, daily for 6-8 weeks prior to testing.
  11. My dr. stated to eat gluten for 4 weeks before bloodtest. I feel so much better w/o gluten and was going to wait until after the summer vacation but hesitating since reading the antibodies might go away etc. and if I can get it over with before hand especially before daughters graduation next month and before summer might be nice.   13. I have read GliadinX is helpful have you taken that when concerned of cross contamination eating out etc? I hope the 4 weeks I gluten myself for this test I can handle my daily lifestyle without major issues.
