    I am a grahic designer here in Des Moines, Iowa. I graduated with a dregee from UNI in Graphic Design and Painting (my true passion).<br /><br />I was diagnosed with celiac disase May 2007 exactly 2 months after my mother passed away. She struggled with breast cancer for 5 years that then turned to terminal bone cancer six after. She is truely in a better place. And i know that anything i am going through now is in no comparrison to what she had to go through. <br /><br />one of the many things that keeps me going and keeping my head up in life!

    ugh... i am also feeling the "food uncertanty" with weddings. I am in three weddings next summer (hello stress and a lot of dresses). My couzin has already told me that she will have a gluten free option for me and my sister-in-law and if anyone else need be. I ordered a steak w/out the onion strings and my waiter asked right off the bat if I had celiac disease. I said yes and he was like , well, let me go and ask the chef if you can have anything else.
