Does anyone in the Sarasota, FL area know of a physician who knows about treating Celiac Disease?. My husband was diagnosed 2 yrs ago and has followed the diet to the letter. His gastro put him on steroids (they don't really help). We are looking for someone who has a good understanding of the medical side of this disease. Any help would be appreciated...
