  1. I have been on the gluten-free diet for about 6 months, and I had the celiac blood screening done again. I still tested positive for Celiac Disease, and I have been really careful about what I eat. Is it normal for the test to remain positive, or is there some source of hidden gluten in my diet?   4. I am very new to this diet, and I am still having a lot of stomach problems. I suspect there is something in my diet that has gluten in it that I am unaware of. So I was thinking maybe it's the tea...I drink a cup of black tea with soy milk every morning. I have read that some teas have barley in them, but how can you tell which ones? I don't see anything...

  7. I requested a blood test for Celiac disease, and my doctor called and told me that the results were"very convincing" and I should get on the diet asap. I want to be sure before I cut out all of those wonderful foods, but I'm having a hard time reading my results and finding information online to help. Does anyone have any knowledge and can offer their advice...
