  1. Hi everyone, I am new here. My husband is celiac, and gluten free for over a year. His Mum, 2 sisters, and 3(so far) nieces are also celiac.   2. Congrats- I relate to the craving issue! If you can get yourself to an asian market, there are a wealth of options. Noodles made of rice or sweet potato(yup) are the clear-ish looking ones, but there are also noodles made of rice that are just straight sticks, that when cooked are indistinguishable from spaghetti, and are great for those chinese dishes that...
