If you don't care for Salmon, you can certainly use Flank Steak or Chicken Breasts or Fried Tofu even if you are vegetarian for salmon: 4 fresh salmon filets 1/4 c...

HAHA In anticipation of the infamous "blood test" that I will get next week j_mommy when I first broke out I thought they were adult acne! I got the rash on my chest (and the bumps are mirrored in my mouth at the same time) when it's active. Then they get blister...

  17. Hey Doll, I am checking that out for you right now Kay Mozzarella, Ricotta and Mascarpone have the highest levels of Lactose. NOOOO!!! You can use Cream Cheese if you can toletate that? lovelove
  18. OH NO!!!! I have Starbucks I better go check their website lol! I know how you mean with the Green Tea. I love it iced with lemon! But I just don't get that coffee-induced satisfaction from tea. And tea really messes with my stomach for some reason. I get really nauseus when I drink like Lipton. I wonder what's in it! lovelove
  19. Oh I walked right into that one didn't I! HAHAHAHHHHHAHHAHHAHA
  20. The first year I got really sick I lost weight (everything was going through me at the speed of light) and to sort of make up for it I started to eat more (cause when I didn't I would immediately get diahrrea) And I was so spun out from reacting to everything I had to quit exercizing it made it worse! So I gained probably 45 pounds. Now it's 11 years later...
  21. I am awful with crusts (I didn't inherit my Gramma's melt-in-your mouth crust making skills lol!) But this wasn't difficult, mainly because you have to really be careful to not overwork a wheat-flour crust as to not develop the gluten because that is what will make it hard. This was a piece of cake! good luck ladies!
  22. Dang! NoGluGirl is my new hero!
  23. Lemon Mascarpone Tart with Almond Crust (made this last night) If you are unfamiliar with Mascarpone it is an Italian TRIPLE CREAM cheese. And completely sinful. lol! You will find it near the cream cheese at the store. If not you can substitute it for plain cream cheese. For one 9-inch tart pan 1 cup almond meal
  24. Very good luck on your journey.
