I am a moderate to slightly heavy drinker. I don't drink every day, but it seems I have the symptoms every day (the terrible D) because it will last 2-3 days after I drink. Before I started having D every day from Celiacs (pre-diagnosis), I noticed that, over the last few years, I have the same reaction whenever I drink alcohol of any kind (doesn't matter if its gluten-free or not).
